President Joe Biden will pardon two turkeys, Chocolate and Chip, as he’s set to discharge the presidential duty of the annual Thanksgiving turkey pardon.

Justice, and perhaps a side of cranberry sauce, will be served as Biden roasts the 2022 National Thanksgiving Turkey and an alternate.Baste on tradition, Biden will designate either Chocolate or Chip as the official National Thanksgiving Turkey, Beth Breeding, a spokesperson for the National Turkey Federation (NTF) said, but both will be pardoned.

The birds weigh in at 46 and 47 pounds, respectively, and were raised by NTF chairman Ronnie Parker near Monroe, North Carolina.
