President Obama has declared a state of emergency over poisoned water in Flint, Michigan. The poisoning began after an unelected emergency manager appointed by Michigan Governor Rick Snyder switched Flint’s water supply to the long-polluted and corrosive Flint River to save money. Meanwhile, documents obtained by local news outlets show public health officials at the city, county and state level knew 15 months ago about the potential link between the Flint River water and a deadly outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease that has killed 10 people. People using the water were only told of the potential link last week.

Im pretty sure Billy only cares about Flint because Obama weighed in ( or Keep told her to care). The situation is far more complicated than a 30 second soundbite from conservative media.

Then I saw your comment saying Billy only cares about Flint because of Obama and it made me think that Hillary wouldn't care about Flint either if she wasn't running for President.

Since when does the Donald hold back on commen ting about anything?A day earlier, Sen. Marco Rubio (R., Fla.) said Flint is not an issue he has focused on and added that he was not ready to provide a detailed response.
A major disaster( that could have been prevented) affecting thousands of people including children who may be facing health issues for the rest of their lives and someone running for president has no response?

I had just watched a clip of Hillary acting so concerned about Flint, drama and all. My only thoughts were that she is pandering. Then I saw your comment saying Billy only cares about Flint because of Obama and it made me think that Hillary wouldn't care about Flint either if she wasn't running for President.
Im pretty confident we are both right. Hillary is running for President so it's a matter of importance to her. Billy cares because it's something Obama has yet again, done wrong.

I think that Hillary does care about Flint and the water crisis there. I know most Americans do. Just because we don't live there does not mean we don't care. Water is a very important resource and some areas of the country have difficulty getting good quality water. This is why so many Democrats/Liberals are so hesitant about fracking. The water table is very precious and should be valued more than an oil field. Some day people may learn this the hard way.
I think it is ridiculous to say Hillary is pandering. (That word in itself is offensive, just a political term to lesson someone's view). Who doesn't care about drinking water being contaminated? To compare Hillary to Billy is beyond ridiculous. Billy , by her own admission, does not care about anything that does not effect her. Hillary wants to be President of this country. She does care about such an atrocity happening to Americans and children in particular.
Everything is not political.

That was my point esm. None of them give a damn. If Hillary weren't running for president she wouldn't be spewing all of this fake concern for the poor people.
She and all the other politicians aren't concerned about the poor black kids that are killed everyday in Chicago.
Give it another week and she won't mention it again.
