Sunny ! also expected to be in 60's windows and doors open, flip flops on-today they are hot pink

Nice day here too but very windy.
No flip flops for me til mid-April at least. I like my feet warm!

Its 67 degrees here...I was outside with the dog....nothing around that she could pull me into...so my "hot pink" socks remained dry....but I did have sneakers on though...lol

NE......thanks for noticing the weight change. Haha. That actually made me feel good.
Teloug..... I just feel soooo good without the sugar. If I eat something that contains a little I don't freak out but I am not having any desserts. If I eat a potato it's a sweet potato....gluten free pasta and that's rare. I just can't have the stuff in the house. My family is very supportive so no problems there. They just want me to be able to walk with them without losing my breath. I just have to get into the gym and get on the bike. Doc said bike more than walking. 
He wants me to be one of his success stories.
Now NE, about those feet.......

So Zeke, you're going full out? No gluten, just yams? Sounds like the carbs are gone too (for the most part)
Doc knows you're on this diet and encourages it? LOL that's one in a million. Bike is better for the cardiovascular than just walking or rather should I say its faster LOL
What about my poor feet? LOL they like cold, they hate hot 
Seriously, But you dahling, hmmmm, you look mahvelous!

I started walking again....and I look forward to rainy days now so I don't have to go...lol
The day will come when I will LOVE it again...but I'm not there yet.......soon....I hope
