Pur Cuckoos, Pur, Pur Cuckoos
Thanks to "over sharer" Rhonda, the cuckoos are all aflutter over Hillary and Mayor DeBlasio's Inner Circle Dinner skit Saturday.
Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Democratic Mayor Bill de Blasio made a joke referring to “C.P. time,” an abbreviation for “colored people time.”Clinton began by needling de Blasio for taking his time in endorsing her. “I just have to say thanks for the endorsement, Bill. Took you long enough,” she said to laughter.“Sorry Hillary, I was running on C.P. time,” de Blasio responded to a mixture of chuckles and gasps.
Bill de Blasio says that people are “missing the point” if they are feeling offended by a less-than-politically correct joke he made alongside Hillary Clinton over the weekend.
IT WAS A SCRIPTED SHOW.
Hamilton actor Leslie Odom Jr. – in on the joke – motioned that he didn’t like the joke while on stage with the two, setting up Clinton for the punchline: “C.P time” actually meant “cautious politician time.”
Hillary is quick on her feet, but even she isn't savy enough to come up with an ad lib line like that.

Something tells me the cuckoos believe that in real life, "The Golden Girls" were besties and spent all their free time together when they weren't shooting the show.
