The first member of Congress to endorse Donald Trump, Rep. Chris Collins is "telling it like it is" about Donald's wall....it's basically a whole pile of diddly squat; just like that "thing" he calls hair.

“I have called it a virtual wall,”  Collins said in an interview with The Buffalo News.

So, will Mexico be paying for it virtually?
