Good Morning SATURDAY June 18, 2016

or Good AfterNoon

Sunny 81 degrees currently in the Northeast No wind.

Foxes are back

I'm going to go out there and see if they wanna mess with a big person LOL

Yesterday during the morning wildlife feeding we had a TODDLER come right up to the slider screen door (unaccompanied toddler)  I think she freaked out the 2 cats more than the foxes do. Some older woman finally appeared and calmly walked her away. I am still

Hope you all enjoy all the weather and the weekend!

edited because in  my vast knowledge AFTEROON is NOT a word LOL

Re: Good Morning SATURDAY June 18, 2016

Hi NE, Spunky & the rest of the crew.
Nice Summer day here.  Maybe a high of 82. Windows are open & I am loving my Saturday off from work! Just hanging out with my cats & reading. Love it!

Fox are so cute. I know they can cause a problem for other wild life & unlucky pets but they are just so cute.  That is awful to hear another unwatched toddler story. Probably Grandma was babysitting and forgot that a toddler is a miniature escape artist. Hopefully Grandma learned her lesson. LOL

Have a great day everyone.

Re: Good Morning SATURDAY June 18, 2016

Cats never go out-poor things LOL They are old, this is their retirement home
The foxes ARE cute, which sucks but they did attack a cat before so I would like them to go away.

This kid thing is getting out of hand, same kid appeared, this time with its mother not too far behind. Miles and miles of woods and lawns to wander and its my backyard they find enticing. Maybe if I throw breadcrumbs at the toddler it won't come back?  (I know that is terrible) But seriously, I do not want a front row seat to a fox attack on a toddler  I guess the next time it happens I am going to have to speak to the mother. Oh joy!

If you see the toddler again, perhaps its best if you speak to the mom, or grandma.

Tell them there are foxes there and that they have already attacked someone's cat....so its best if they keep the kid away before something happens... Maybe if you spell it out for them...they will understand.  But more importantly, you will be  saving that toddler's life.

So many crazy people in this world

Yep you're right Spunky, I am going to go the fox=danger route. I just hate to jump on the bandwagon - the now popular "parent shaming" that this country and everybody with social media access has joined. So tact must be employed
