Good morning....Wednesday June 29, 2016
Hello to all. Can't believe we are looking at July already. Another holiday is upon us and so is the hot sticky weather of July. I have been swimming a couple of times per week and it has changed my whole disposition. My muscles are thanking me everyday. Still not eating desserts but fighting the love of potato chips.....Cape Cod chips. OMG.

Sadly I have not been swimming yet. 
Hopefully soon!
We are experiencing cooler weather this weekend, high's in the upper 70's. But I wanted to go swimming. LOL Maybe next week. I will have to go to the city pool but it will be worth it! 
I know what you mean about potato chips. I have a thing for Lays. I started grabbing a handful each time I got up at night to go to the bathroom. 
That is when I knew I had a problem! So I just quit buying them. It works. Haven't bought them in a few years. But I do eat them at parties! 
(Can't just eat one, either!)

Swimming is wonderful. We are NOT experiencing cooler weather. As Zeke said July =hot and sticky.
I am the only weirdo who doesn't have a thing for potato chips. A friend of mine who eats only super healthy (as in she's down to grazing on grass because she refuses everything else) still cannot pass up a bag of potato chips LOL
Now a corn chip and me? We are not soon parted LOL

Good morning zeke, Sam, NE and everyone else.
It poured yesterday but it was very humid....I guess that worked..temp is 66 today but expected to rise a little, its not humid though.

Sam.....yup..those darn chips. The killer was at work when they had them sitting out on the counter and I came in from a rough day, hadn't eaten. And they are Lays.....there is another bag out there now...
Hey NE.....I am not a corn chip girl but it wouldn't take much to make me eat one! Stay cool.

OMG zeke. That is not fair. I would definitely rip that bag open. 
Sorry I am not much help. I love the smell of a freshly opened bag of Lays.
