The insinuation is, Hillary is so weak and frail, she needs pillows to prop her up.




The above picture proves it.
On the left is Hillary with a pillow behind her back, resting her arm on another.
The interviewer on the right who is obviously much younger only has one pillow, behind her back.



At the Massachusetts Conference for Women. 
 Here’s Hillary in a fancy chair, with a pillow that probably cost more than your first car.
(My first car was a used 1966 Valiant, so you're probably right.)

When Hillary went on the Lifetime network to be interviewed by YouTube celebs, multiple pillows were deployed, including this one sold by her campaign for $55.
($55 for a pillow? That's outrageous. For another 35 bucks you can get a Trump tie, direct from a Chinese sweat shop.)
