When a law enforcement officers shoot someone,  anyone,  I was  under the understanding that "law enforcement " take the injury person to the hospital,

  now I could be wrong,  but once at the hospital everyone get to see a doctor,  if the doctor say we need to keep you then you get a hospital room  and with your hospital room comes room service,   all food for patients,  is taking to the patients room. 

So I guess law enforcement was to let the person layout in the street until he die    WOW!!!  This is so unread,  this is not a third world country,  this is the United States of America we don't do that in the USA
