Great weather here today, currently 59 and its expected to go as high as 67 today....great!
This weekend though....expecting snow showers....too soon...

Summertime here, windows and doors open. 
I think I saw snow forecast for Sunday (must check) LOL
Researching a coast change- 
It is exhausting! ( I know, poor me

I see so far, lots of rocks, way less trees and many $$$ LOL
one of the upsides? FLIP FLOP land year around LOL
