President John Kennedy's Attorney General was his brother, Robert.
Since Robert F. Kennedy became the Attorney General during President Kennedy's administration, he was the last person to have served under his own brother's presidency. After that laws (e.g., 5 US Code § 3110) (1967) have prevented such a thing to happen again.

I don't know Spunky. Is he going to get away with EVERYTHING????? Everyday is a new shocker. Who will take him down? It's so outrageous. And all one of my neighbors (who I am sure voted for DT) can say is she is happy Christmas is back.

He will get them in paying jobs in his administration. He is just being quiet about it and waiting until he is sworn in and his appointees are installed. Because the GOP control the entire government now he doesn't have to worry about anyone stopping him from doing what he wants despite the laws.

IMO This will go down as the most corrupt government in the history of the US. The Republicans first order of business is to cut SS and Medicare. I think what I dread the most is the Supreme Court justice pick....wish there was some way to get Obama's pick in there before he leaves office.

That is also my greatest fear.....the Supreme Court. Those appointments can't be reversed and they can do so much damage to the country. I know we'll survive it all but this country will change so much it won't be recognizable. I hope there are some smart younger people waiting in the wings who will one day step forward and help begin the process to stop this madness. That is my wish for the New Year.
