Not one person on that line told her to shut the f up. She needs a Native Indian to go and stand next to her while she rants.

I noticed that too! No one said anything but I read the mall banned her for her behavior.

Yes....I didn't check this out as fact but a coworker told me today that she is banned by JC Penney and JC paid for all the purchases made by those two ladies who suffered the humiliation.
Will the madness ever end?
