Another shooting!
It happened at the 'Youtube' headquarters in San Bruno, California
The shooter is a woman, who apparently died of a self inflicted gun shot wound.
Three others were taken to a local hospital.
Its still a developing story...

I got a text from my kiddo that he was ok. They locked down all the campuses of different tech companies before they knew what was happening. I never want to receive a text like that again.

As a mother, I cannot imagine ever getting a call like that. I'm so happy kiddo is safe.

I didn't know until yesterday that all of Silicon Valley (which covers alot of land and businesses) has a protocol if one large business is attacked.
I used to laugh when I heard that they don't publish the routes of the Google and Apple buses because they don't want anyone to kidnap a busload of employees. Kiddo explained it to me. Fair point, you (kidnappers) might get lucky and get someone who has passwords or whatever and could do serious damage.
So much is reliant on tech.
