I think the republicans have made sure the Democrats can't stop this.  republicans have pulled every dirty trick in the book to control the Supreme Court. 

This pervert that doesn't respect our environment, doesn't respect women, would not have gutted the ACÁ, would not have left the Paris Accord, would not have screwed up the Iran treaty, would not have messed up with North Korea, would not have created a border crisis, would not have screwed up NAFTA, would not be messing with Atlantic allies, would not be creating trade wars, would not have an inept and corrupt administration, oh, do I need to go on? Right! The next Justice of the Supreme Court.

And the constant insult to journalists that puts them in grave danger.....OH and how he has never apologized to PRESIDENT Obama!!!  Shall I go on....???

Justice Kennedy's son was involved with the Detusch bank that loaned the pervert over a billion dollars in fraudulent loans, when no other bank would, due to the pervert NEVER paying his bills.

In order to not involve his son with the Mueller investigation, he decided to retire. If Mueller had inquired about these loans...Justice Kennedy would have had to recuse himself and therefore the possibility of his son going to jail, would have greatly increased.  That's why he decided to retire, to save his son from indictment!!

They are all crooks....ALL of them!

Jutice Kennedy damaged his reputation and legacy in order to protect the pervert and his son for being in cohoots with the pervert.
