Today's announcement
well, last week Paula announced that she was leaving The View and GMA to do more "news" stories--or something like that. Now, Sarah is leaving to go to the afternoon GMA show which is replacing The Chew! First, so sad she's leaving. She really is the bright spot of the show. I don't know how they will replace her.
Next, that puts me in a dilemma. I swore I wouldn't watch that show because they booted The Chew off the air, yet I really like Sarah. Also makes me sad because GMA tried this before and it didn't work...so what will happen to Sarah then?

Awwww...I love Sarah...sorry that she is leaving...she is the bright spot on the View!
The 3rd hour of GMA will be competing against which other shows??? .
I hope it works out for her if that's what she prefers....

That's a bummer. I didn't know this....knew Paula was leaving. Sarah will be a big loss to The View. Hope they have someone good in mind.....

I just read online that Sarah is leaving because of Meghan McCain....
Un-named sources said that Meghan made her very uncomfortable, although the show kept insisting that it was all in jest and that everyone at the table were friends.
And recently when Meghan invited Joy and Sonny out for drinks...she neglected to invite her and when they mentioned it the next day...Sarah was embarrassed that she wasn't included.
I also read that Ana Navarro is being considered as her replacement.

Ugh. It won't be the same without Sarah. Anna is no fun. They need someone to represent the younger set and that's not Anna. Maybe they should bring back Jedidiah.
Wonder why Jeanine Piro was upset that Anna was on the panel that day instead of Joy. Hmmm.
That Meghan is a B. Miss know-it-all. Are ratings up since she came on?
I agree with cossy. I don't think another news show at that hour will work. Too much news....even though I never liked The Chew.

I like Ana and would like to see her on the show, but I don't think she's a good replacement for Sarah. But then again, I can't really think of anyone who would be. I'll really miss her.

I will miss Sarah, I wish that she had decided to stay.....Meghan's days on The View are almost over...she should have waited it out.
and if it turns out that its Ana replacing her..I will be good with that.
Ana hates the pervert and although she's a republican, she has never been shy about insulting him and going up against all those pundits on CNN that are for him... she has made me cheer for her.
So we'll see how it goes...She does live in Florida, so what I read could be 'fake' news..lol
