A homeless man was seen struggling with his razor outside a gas station, by a Florida policeman.  McDonald's restaurant had told Phil that they would hire him if he went back clean shaven.  The officer, Tony Carlson, said Phil seemed excited about getting a job and thought he'd give him a hand.  He not only fixed Phil's razor, he actually helped him shave.
