trump has to be constantly reminded about time zones when he demands his aides set up phone calls with world leaders.  "When he wants to call someone, he wants to call someone.  He's more impulsive that way.  He doesn't think about what time it is or who it is."  It's all about him as usual, he's like a two year old.
