This is one of those fish stories, this one is true, however!  A store owner in Kuwait has had his store closed down after people noticed how "alert" the fish looked.  The owner was sticking those "googly" eyes on the fish to make them look fresher than they really were.  The before picture shows a fish with soulless, cloudy eyes, after the makeover, it looks "rested" with a somewhat startled appearance.  There, now you've heard it all!
