trump just gave his immigration, detention and deportation efforts a boost, he's transferred funding from FEMA to ICE in the amount of $10 million.  That's quite a gift to his pet project, more money to jail small children.  Puerto Rico is still struggling from the inadequate response to hurricane Maria and hurricane season is just beginning, with the storm of  the century heading to the Carolinas, but let's cut funding by $10 million.  Of course, he still thinks he had the best response ever to hurricane Maria, on a scale of one to ten he gives himself a ten.  It was hard, because, you know, it's an island.
