my 95 year old mother, who lives 4 hours away, said she would not be voting on tuesday. I started trying to convince her to vote, but she can't get to the poll and has to use an absentee ballot, so really it's too late already. But I also realized that she's a life long Republican and has voted Republican in every election EXCEPT for the 2016 presidential election. So I decided it's probably just as well that she isn't voting because I'm not sure which way she'd go. So I just let the matter drop. LOL!

I hear you cossy. I used to take a woman with disabilities to vote....she seemed always pretty liberal. Then I took her one time and she called her mother from the polls and her mom told her to vote Repub. So I am confessing here that that is the last time I took her. I figured her mother should get her a _ _ out and take her daughter to vote Repub. Guess I am not that magnanimous.

I'm a volunteer for driving people to vote tomorrow....
I have to meet everyone tomorrow morning at 6:45 (yikes!) to get my assigned list of people to pick up... I hope the names I get will want to vote in the afternoon, so I can come back home to nap...
