Roque Planas, Huffington Post:  trump's been in office two years and his goal of deporting up to 3 million people hasn't been met.  He repeatedly orders sweeping and improvised changes that muddle the mission of our federal agencies.  With sudden policy shifts, always creating a crises with everything he does, trump is having to pull money from places like cancer research, Head Start and FEMA to pay for all of his rushed, chaotic and expensive solutions to  immigration enforcement.  trump's plan is to hold as many as 3,800 minors in his Tornillo tent camp at a cost of $750 per night, per bed.  For every month that the trump administration locks up a single undocumented minor in the Texas desert, it pays out more than the annual cost of putting a student through state college, complete with room and board.  Those fiscal conservative just love him!  The best businessman ever!
