Trump's New Acting Attorney General Already has a Plan to Stop Mueller
In op-eds and interviews from before he joined the Justice Department, new acting Attorney General Matt Whitaker expressed his criticisms of special counsel Robert Mueller’s probe along with a plan for how it could be stymied.Following President Trump’s firing on Wednesday of Attorney General Jeff Sessions, Mueller’s investigation into potential collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia will now be overseen by Whitaker instead of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein. Whitaker was critical of the investigation in an August 2017 CNN op-ed, writing that the special counsel has “come up to a red line in the Russia 2016 election-meddling investigation that he is dangerously close to crossing.”
If they do this I am hoping this will constitute obstruction of justice. Can it get any crazier??

From everything I've read about his opinions publicly about the Mueller investigation and the Don Jr meeting....this guy MAY have to recuse himself as well.....

I am hearing this morning that Mueller is writing his final report so it appears that the investigation is nearing it's end. I do wonder if the new congress is going to start it's own investigation. Does anyone think it is weird that Trump is being so nice to Nancy and endorsing her for the speakership? I find it very odd and wonder what on earth is going on here.

Yes.....extremely odd. Maybe it's time for new blood? What great attributes does Nancy possess? They need to look around before jumping back to Nancy. They need a ball-buster.

Whitaker needs to recuse himself but from what I understand there is no way to force him to...and I'm sure he won't on his own. So obvious why he was put in this position.

trump knows how unpopular Nancy Pelosi is, he figures he can outsmart her and blame her for everything that goes wrong, he isn't all of a sudden going to work with her on anything. He's a snake that's about to have it's head cut off. His new, temporary AG hasn't gone through the vetting process, I don't think he can stand up to any kind of scrutiny, he scammed people out of their savings in the past.

Part of me wonders if the ass kissing was a calculated attempt to make it look like Nancy Pelosi is in cahoots with him so they don't vote her in as Speaker. I don't know. There has to be a reason for it.

Sneaky SOBs. I understand that the whole press conference was a sham. The interns were overheard saying 'this is going to be fun'. 
head tweeked Jim Acosta and Acosta walked right into it. I'm glad his lawyers are going after the WH on this. They don't have grounds to pull his press pass. Uh...1st Amendment?head has chosen to treat African American women in a nasty fashion. He may be biting off more than he can chew. I am buying April Ryan's book to support her but never will I buy Amarosa's book. She is a snake just like DT.
