Rep. Ron Wright, a Texas republican, has said that women who have abortions should "absolutely" be punished and deserve to go to prison.  This comes after Texas proposed a law that would criminalize abortions and make it possible for the women to get the death penalty for having an abortion, no exceptions for rape or incest.  The bill failed in April, but it's pending in committee.  Texas legislators have filed almost 40 anti-abortion bills during the state's most recent legislative session, according to the ACLU.  Another republican idiot heard from.  We need to elect more women, start making decisions for all of the dumb-ass men out there, because I don't think they should be able to decide what should happen to their own bodies.
