Colorado got almost 2 feet of.....

snow on the first day of Summer!!

Snow began to fall Friday just west of Denver at elevations above 7,000 feet. Snow also has been reported in parts of Montana, according to CNN meteorologist Gene Norman.

Steamboat Springs saw 20 inches of snow on Friday, according to CNN affiliate KCNC in Denver. A winter weather advisory is in effect until Sunday morning, so the snowfall could continue.

Norman said, even for the area, snowfall at this point is rare. The last time the city saw snow this late was on June 17, 1928.

And here I am complaining about all the rain we've been getting....  I guess it could be worse....

Well.....60 Minutes did an interesting story about a lawsuit involving young people from all over the country. It's originating out of Eugene, OR. (One of my favorite states) The US government does not want the suit to go to trial because there will be no way to deny climate change after several qualified witnesses testify.
Such a mess we're in.....
