Sex Trafficking Charges Against Epstein Could Rock Trump's Cabinet
Former hedge fund manager Jeffrey Epstein was arrested Saturday on a complaint by the Public Corruption Unit of the Southern District of New York, with an assist from the FBI’s sex trafficking division. The 66-year-old pleaded not guilty Monday to charges he sexually abused and exploited dozens of minor girls between 2002 and 2005, as part of an investigation with consequences that could reach the White House.
Epstein was charged by federal prosecutors in Florida in 2007 for, as the Miami Herald put it in its award-winning reporting on the case, “assembling a large, cult-like network of underage girls — with the help of young female recruiters — to coerce into having sex acts behind the walls of his opulent waterfront mansion as often as three times a day.” He received what observers consider unusually lenient treatment by the U.S. attorney in Miami at the time, Alex Acosta. Acosta is now secretary of labor, and calls have been mounting for his resignation since the Herald’s series appeared last year.
In February, a federal judge ruled that Acosta’s office broke the law by failing to notify Epstein’s victims of the plea deal. Epstein pleaded guilty to two prostitution charges in state court and in exchange received federal immunity both for himself and “any potential co-conspirators.” The potential co-conspirators were not identified in the agreement. The billionaire served only 13 months in the private wing of a Palm Beach County, Fla., jail and was allowed to come and go from the facility for up to 12 hours a day, six days a week, on work release. After his release, while on probation, he took numerous trips on his private jet.
“Perhaps now Epstein’s victims will see real justice,” said Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., who has pushed for the reopening of the case. “But true accountability is still glaringly absent for Alex Acosta, who approved this serial pedophile’s permissive plea deal. If the DOJ will not adequately review and account for the miscarriage of justice that Acosta authorized, Congress must step in and provide that vigorous oversight.”
“[President Trump’s] Labor Secretary [Acosta] gave child molester Jeffrey Epstein a sweetheart deal when Acosta was an US Attorney,” wrote Rep. Ted Lieu, D-Calif., on Twitter. “Now it turns out Epstein may have molested more individuals.

federal agents executing a search warrant of Epstein's mansion in New York City recovered and seized a "vast trove" of lewd photographs of young-looking women or girls, prosecutors said in a bail memorandum.
And the rapist, pervert is one of his best friends!!! It figures....it takes one to know one!!

In 2008, Jeffrey Epstein had to plead guilty to a state charge of solicitation of minors to engage in prostitution, notes Renato Mariotti, a former federal prosecutor.
Under an obscure provision of the Federal Rules of Evidence, that conviction may be admissible at trial.

actually took advantage of those girls. I wouldn't put it past him. He's a creepy old man.

I think this has the potential to rock our entire government. I suspect that there are others who participated in those parties that are working at the top level of our government. It would be interesting to see who is on that list.
No matter how educated, talented, rich, or cool you think you are, how you treat people tells us all. Integrity is everything.

Someone told me that Epstein had hidden cameras in almost every room of his 7 story NYC mansion. My hunch is that Epstein, being the pervert he is, couldn't throw any video or visual recordings out. A lot of people should be sweating under the collar right now. I'm sure Jeff will use those recordings to get a lighter sentence.
And that rumour about Prince Andrew has been around for years. He allegedly likes young girls and porn. Remember when he dated that porn star Koo Stark? Then he met Sarah and settled down.

Details from a 2015 defamation case involving a woman who claimed financier Jeffrey Epstein forced her to have sex with Britain's Prince Andrew are set to be released to the public.
Virginia Roberts accused Epstein — who was charged with sex trafficking and conspiracylast week — of recruiting her as a sex slave back in 2001, when she was just 17-years-old.
Roberts alleged that she had been procured for sexual activities by Epstein's personal aide Ghislaine Maxwell, who was a reported friend of Prince Andrew's.
Maxwell denied Roberts' claims, calling her a liar — which resulted in Roberts suing Maxwell for defamation in 2015, a case in which she brought forward her allegations against Epstein and the prince.
After a new court ruling, 2,000 sealed files from the case will become available to the public.
Buckingham Palace has emphatically denied the allegations against Prince Andrew.
Nope.....never heard this story but the world sure will now!!
