Jermaine Bell had saved up money to go to Disney World for his seventh birthday on September 8th.  Instead, in his own words, "I wanted to be generous and live to give," he took the money and bought hot dogs, chips and water for the Hurricane Dorian evacuees.  His grandmother helped him hand out the supplies to people passing by.  He served nearly 100 hot dogs.   We could use him in the White House right now.
