Bahamians attempting to flee Hurricane Dorian devastation, have been kicked off a boat headed to the US because they don't have a visa.  People from a Caribbean nation are normally allowed into the US without a visa as long as they have a passport and a clean police record.  More than 130 people, including children, were kicked off board.  The government is denying they ordered the people to be kicked off, seems they think the owners of the ferry made the decision on their own.
