Lindsey Graham introduced legislation earlier this year that would place heavier sanctions on Russian individuals and companies as punishment for Moscow targeting Ukraine and our elections.  The trump administration "strongly opposes" the bill.  The sanctions would require the intelligence community to report to Congress every 90 days on the Kremlin's meddling in US elections.  trump wants to throw the "sanctions from hell" back where they came from.  All roads lead to Russia, trump is on Russia's side over the US every time.
