Man Binge-Watching “The Walking Dead” Allegedly Killed Friend !
A 23-year-old New Mexico man who had been binge-watching The Walking Deadallegedly beat a friend to death with a microwave and guitar because he thought the friend had started to “change into a zombie,” police said.Damon Perry was arrested Thursday for allegedly beating 23-year-old Christopher Paquin to death, the Associated Press reported.Perry attributed his actions to heavy drinking and watching the popular AMC television show The Walking Dead, which focuses on a zombie apocalypse.

As much as I enjoy watching that show, the only thing I can see myself killing in regards to watching,
would be the television. This week's episode had me so flustered that I honestly wanted to yank the
screen up from it's perch and throw it across the room. The only things that kept me from doing that
was knowing that 1) it's my son's tv not mine. 2) if I did that, I would miss out on this week's episode of
Chicago Fire and lastly 3) I wouldn't be able to find out if Glen was eaten by the zombies this coming week.
Claiming that a show caused a person to kill someone is lame at best, being able to say that being too
drunk to control one's actions, might be far closer to the truth, but will he ever really admit to that? Either
way, there is really no excuse for his behavior.
