rump attacked Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nation’s leading infectious disease specialist, as a “disaster,” and said that people were “tired of” the coronavirus and want to be left “alone,” during a call with his campaign staff.

Trump is also attacking Kristen Welker, the moderator for Thursday night's debate. Smart people do not believe a word he says, so who cares?

Trump's base could care less about facts. If he told them to eat rat poison to cure the virus I'm sure some of them would. Dr Fauci is an honourable man and a very competent physician. I'm sure he'll be happy to see the back side of Trump. I've never in my 63 years seen a president as grossly incompetent as Trump.
