A federal judge and a rump appointee in Milwaukee today tossed out the rump’s latest effort to overturn the election results in Wisconsin.

U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig, a rump appointee, dismissed the rump's federal lawsuit asking the court to order the Republican-controlled Legislature to name the rump the winner over Democrat Joe Biden. The judge said rump's arguments “fail as a matter of law and fact.”
