Kwame Cross, from Virginia, has won $800,000 by playing the same four-digit combination....7-3-1-4 on 160 tickets for the Dec. 5 drawing of the Pick 4 game.  How did he pick his numbers you might ask??  He saw an address in a TV show, in the background, and it stayed with him.  He just had a feeling.  Each ticket won him the top prize of $5,000.  That's 160 winning tickets.  He owns a small business in Washington, D.C.  He has no immediate plans for the money.
