Last night's debate
I thought it was pretty entertaining, but it is terrifying to think of any of these people being in charge of the economy or foreign policy. Flat taxes are proportionate? The economy is in the dumper (specifically referencing jobs...lolol)? Every time the minimum wage has gone up, jobs have been lost? WHAT? And of course, let's ship back 11 million men, women and children across the border and then bring the good ones back.
Kasich was about the only one who made sense. He called them out on their absolute nonsense.
I thought Carson and Bush were particularly weak. Trump and Fiorina went nowhere and will just stay where they are in the polls imo. I cannot even comment on Cruz because I just do not like the man. I thought Rubio and Kasich did well.
I thought the moderators did well but I wish they would have asked a few more hard hitting questions, and I also wish they would have made people (looking at you, Fiorina) answer the actual question instead of launching into a rehearsed "story I just remembered about a lady I met...." GIMME A BREAK CARLY. Her schtick worked well for the first debate but it's getting really old.
As a huge Hillary fan, I wish Rubio had not done as well, but I'm feeling pretty happy about Clinton's chances!

Don't let Kasich fool you. He screwed Ohio on a lot of things. Not well liked here.
I think that when the conserves debate it should be called a fantasy debate, because everything they debate is pure fiction. They are held to no standards & just blurt out random figures & stats to fit their agenda. Blatant lies going unchallenged for the most part & their base couldn't care less about being lied to as long as the lies fit their own personal beliefs.
I will not kneel before Zod.

I know Kasich is an ass, but I did respect that he called Trump out on his ridiculous deportation plan, and did the same to Carson regarding his flat tax during the previous debate. I don't think he has a chance of getting anywhere near the nomination anyway.
I completely agree with you about the way they are allowed to spew complete fiction and get away with it.
When Carson said "Every time we raise the minimum wage unemployment goes up"...why wasn't he challenged by the moderator? That's complete fiction. Not to mention his convoluted non-answer regarding Special Ops and foreign policy.
Trump endorsing Eisenhower's "Operation Wetback" program...really? None of them had anything on that whatsoever.
Fiorina didn't meet Putin in a greenroom, except that she did.
Bush ranting about how Obama has done nothing for the economy because employment numbers are only growing by 1%...but fails to mention how much progress was made in Obama's term on this issue and where that number would be without his policies. Probably right in the dumper where it was when your brother left the WH on fire, eh Bush? Someone please challenge him on this!
"Flat tax affects people proportionately and poorer people will be ok paying it because they'll get a rebate." C'mon Carson! It's not ever going to be proportionate because poor people spend a higher percentage of their income on necessities like food and heat.
I was throwing things at the screen last night.
What is needed are some moderators with teeth but no drama. It's so frustrating to see these candidates be allowed to spin pure fantasy and bullshit and never be called on it.
Let Hillary at these fools and let's end this.
