    Long day........CA family here and visit to the PT people. Not yet doing PT. Long story!
    Anyway...it was a gorgeous day...I got out of the house and got myself a DD coffee...mmmmmm...and McD's chicken nuggets! Bad but at least I didn't get that gluten-free brownie from DD. It's good.
