Thomas Markle Accuses Oprah of 'playing' Meghan and Prince Harry
Thomas Markle, the estranged father of Meghan Markle, is sounding off about his daughter and son-in-law Prince Harry's relationship with Oprah Winfrey following her bombshell interview with the couple in March.
In a new interview with 60 Minutes Australia, Markle, 76, revealed he thinks Winfrey is exploiting the couple, and says that he even attempted to reach out to Winfrey to share his own side of the story.
"I think Oprah Winfrey is playing Harry and Meghan," said Markle, who has not spoken to his daughter in three years. "I think she's using them to build her network and her new shows, and I think she's taking advantage of a very weakened man and getting him to say things that you just shouldn't be saying on television."
Thinking there is some truth in this.......I say leave this couple alone.......the press will eat them alive. Allow this family to heal without the eyes of the public upon them........

Thomas Markle, 76, called his son-in-law a ‘very weakened man’ and accused Oprah of ‘playing’ his daughter.
He told Australian TV show 60 Minutes: ‘I have things to say. Oprah Winfrey, for one, I think is playing Harry and Meghan.
‘I think she is using them to build her network and build her new shows and I think she’s taken advantage of a very weakened man and has got him to say things that you just shouldn’t be saying on television.
And he also says that he's trying to reconcile with his daughter and meet the kids...It will
never happen, once Meghan hears what he's saying
He really should have kept his mouth shut...
They are adults and can do and say whatever they want
The Hollywood lighting engineer has been estranged from his daughter for three years over claims that he staged photos for money.
They reportedly haven’t spoken since her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018, after he pulled out from walking Meghan down the aisle due to needing heart surgery.
He hasn’t yet met Harry or grandson Archie, who is now two.
He further criticised the ‘cold’ couple for refusing to see him – although he only lives 70 miles away from their 11 million LA mansion.

Sounds like they need to keep a distance from this man. It's Meghan's call because she knows who her dad is....sad.

Meghan’s father and half siblings when interviewed have done nothing but talk trash about her. I feel bad for her because it seems like they are bitter and hateful.

Yes.....so hateful. They probably did nothing for M her whole knife and now they want to get in on the headlines. They should be mending privately.
Maybe M can find family cousins on the mother's side.
