Former California Sen. Barbara Boxer victim of assault and theft!
She was a victim of assault and robbery.
They pushed her in the back and forcibly stole her cell phone the police in the Jack London square
neighborhood said.
She is thankful that she wasn't seriously injured. The suspect fled in an awaiting car.
It happened at 1:15 PM.
