We don’t get may trick or treaters. Maybe 40 to 50 max. I’m not sure if they’ll be anyone out and about this Sunday because COVID cases are up and we’re supposed to stay home.

We have never had a trick or treater other than our grandchildren.  Our house is on a dirt road on the outskirts of town.  We're still doing the Trunk or Treat around here, have been for a few years now.  Cars line up in the park with their trunks open, all decorated for the season and kids go around and get their candy.  It got huge a couple of years ago, we have a large foot-bridge and pumpkins were lined up all along it, everyone showed up.  It's raining today, so I think things aren't going to go well.  Out in front of the cottage, in the park, they've decorated the walking path with witches and spiders, etc. I'm going to venture out and see how things look if the rain co-operates.  Wish I could post pictures.

I didn't buy candy this year and I wasn't home to hand any out anyway. Felt a little guilty but I would have gone on a candy binge that would have lasted til Easter.
