Deadly tornadoes slam through six states !
- At least 30 tornadoes were reported across six states: Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi and Tennessee.
- At least 50 people are likely dead after multiple tornadoes barreled through southwestern Kentucky late Friday. Other deaths have been reported in Arkansas and Illinois.
- The potential for more severe weather continues over the weekend as the system moves east.

President Biden spoke Saturday to the governors of Illinois, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, and Tennessee, the White House said, offering “condolences for the lives lost and the damage impacting their states as a result of the tornadoes and the extreme weather overnight.
”Biden also spoke with Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear earlier Saturday “to express his condolences for the lives lost and the devastation that Kentucky has experienced.
”The President is expected to address the tornadoes in remarks later this afternoon.

The toll number of those that have died could be as high as 80 or more..
So sad...
