• Tour company OceanGate Expeditions said it believes the five passengers on board the missing Titanic-bound submersible have died. The Coast Guard is providing an update on the search.

• Sub debris found: Debris found on the ocean floor, about a third of a mile from the Titanic wreck, has been assessed to be from the external body of the missing submersible, according to a memo reviewed.

Who was on board: The passengers were Hamish Harding, Shahzada Dawood and his son Suleman Dawood, Paul-Henri Nargeolet and OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush.
