Stephen Hawkings has passed away at age 76. May he rest in peace.

He was diagnosed with ALS at the age of 21 and given a life expectancy of 2 years. He threw himself into his work for the next 50+ years.  He married his love, Jane Wilde and they had 3 children. He is one of the greatest thinkers of our time. His theories on black holes & quantum theory, and the origins of the universe have changed physics and how we see the human species, forever. His determination & unwillingness to give up proved his initial diagnosis wrong.
