Plan B / Man throws 5 year old off of third floor at Mall of America

The man is unrelated to the child and has no association to the child's family. He just randomly grabbed the kid and threw over the railing and sent him falling all the way to the first floor. The child was severly injured. The man was arrested. Turns out he has already been banned from the Mall and wasn't supposed to be there. He has a long history of misdemeanors and mental illness.

I saw this on the news. What a horrible thing to happen. I hope that little boy survives.
