David Hines got a $4 million coronavirus loan from the government. He thought it would be a good idea to use the aid money to buy a $318,000 Lamborghini, spend $4,600 shopping at Saks Fifth Ave. and thousands more on fancy hotels and jewelry. He's been arrested and charged for false statements, bank fraud and engaging in transactions in unlawful proceeds. Wonder how many other people have scammed the government on these loans, maybe just smaller amounts that slipped through the cracks?
