One of my sons brought his dog with him to visit today. When they arrived, she quickly ran to the back door, to go out to explore. Since we had about 8 inches of snow, I decided to let her go out, and I went with her with my trusty shovel to clear a path for her.....
As I scooped snow into small piles clearing the way for her (she was right behind me) I continued clearing, as we reached the area where she likes to go...I stopped, looked at her and there she was rolling around, legs in the air, yelping in delight....as she rolled around in all the neat piles where I had put the snow. I tried to grab her and did not succeed, but slipped and fell in the snow with her.
Well, you can imagine my families faces as we walked back in the house, snow all over the dog and me....They tried not to laugh...but couldn't help themselves....I admit...I cracked up to.....Love this dog!...??

LOL! Too funny! My boxer absolutely LOVES the snow. This is his 8th winter and he still greets the first snowfall with joy and awe like it's the first time he's seen it. Now that he's getting a little old I worry more about his knees and other joints on the ice so I don't let him run as much. He does enjoy rolling on his back doing the wiggle with his legs straight up in the air tho!
My french bully does not enjoy the snow. She wears her coat and acts as though she is above it all. Little bit of an attitude with that one.

This is the same dog that jumped into the pool with me this past summer, and I was terrified about the chlorine and its affect on her.......she keeps me laughing...
I should have known she had a plan...when she refused to wear her warm sweater, as we went out there, today.
She loves everything, swimming, chasing squirrels, chipmunks, other dogs, cats and I guess she also loves dragging me through the snow as well...

Cute! None of my dogs like the snow. They prefer to have a shoving match in front of the fireplace.

This dog loves the snow!...when she arrived yesterday,( because we watch her while he's at work)....I could have sworn....that she winked at me as she ran to the back door again...lol
I had so much snow on me....after sliding trying to catch her...that my hair looked like I had been electrocuted and it was the ice and the snow that was making it stick up like that....
