Trump claimed the protester was "nasty as hell" and accused the man of trying to punch the security officers forcing him out of the rally, though the man did not appear to be fighting off those officers.
"In the old days," Trump added, protesters would be "carried out on stretchers."
"We're not allowed to push back anymore," Trump said.

Last November, in Birmingham, Alabama, when a black protester interrupted Trump several times.
Trump bellowed to the crowd to "Get him out of here!"
On command, the Trump supporters assaulted the man with some calling him a "monkey" and the "n-word."
Even more shocking was Trump's response the next day when asked about the incident: "Maybe he should have been roughed up, because it was absolutely disgusting what he was doing."

Meanwhile Trump had no problem with busting in and interrupting a Cruz event in Nevada.
Maybe he should have been "roughed up" a bit.
Donald Trump crashed the Nevada caucus location at which conservative talk show host Glenn Beck was speaking Tuesday night on behalf of Ted Cruz.
MSNBC was broadcasting a live look at the caucus site, Palo Verde High School in Summerlin, when Trump suddenly showed up and made an impromptu speech of his own.
“We are going to have hopefully a historic night,” Trump said. “I appreciate everybody being here. I wanted to be here myself and say a few words.”
The billionaire informed his Twitter followers he would be “at various caucus sites” throughout Nevada on Tuesday, but didn’t specify where.
