    Message Boarding While On The Job

    Is it fair to one's employer if an employee participates in message board discussions, facebook or other social media when the employee is supposed to be working?

    Nope but Ppl do it all the time and get upset if anyone say anything about 

     Ppl are amazing, but not always in a good way.

    I can understand if it's during your lunch or break, but many people do it throughout the day.
