Trump is the foul mouthed front runner for the GOP and they don't want him as their candidate; they're actually looking for ways to get rid of him.
Ted Cruz is an uber Evangelical and the Evangelicals choose Trump over him.
Rubio was supposed to garner the youth vote because Hillary and Bernie are so old, and yet they're killing him.
Meanwhile, on the Democratic side, we're happy with either candidate getting the nomination.

Hi Dolly,
If you mean "uber Evangelical" as internet slang I get that. If you mean "uber Evangelic" as corrupting Evangelicalism I get that too.
FYI, not all Evangelicals choose Trump!
Meanwhile on the Democratic side we are not all happy with either candidate getting the nomination and perhaps are considering crossing party lines. Will it come down to the best of the worst? So far, yes it will. My decision might be based on the VP choice??

Hi Braveone.
This is what happens when one (in this case me) paints with a broad brush.
As you pointed out, it's never "all" and it's never a good idea to speak for others.
Perhaps I should have expressed myself more clearly.
1. Many Republicans have been bragging about how many qualified candidates they had to choose from.
There may have been many candidates to choose from, but the list has dwindled rapidly and the qualifications of those left in the race are questionable.
2. Considering Trump's past (three marriages, a wife who posed nude for Playboy and a poor record of being a practicing Christian) I find it hard to believe that he would receive any endorsement from any Evangelicals, especially those who are backing him over Cruz.
3. You and others may not be happy with Hillary or Bernie, but both have much more experience than any of the GOP candidates.
PS: Say Hi to Dori for me.
Tell her I think of her often, but I just don't want to start posting on another board.
Thanks
