“What the heck are you thinking, candidates? What the heck are you thinking when you’re actually asking for more immigrants — even illegal immigrants, welcoming them in,” Palin said of Trump’s opponents. “Even inducing and seducing them with gift baskets: ‘Come on over the border and here’s a gift basket of teddy bears and soccer balls.”
Some other notable Sarah quotes:
"He (Trump) builds big things"
There were some chuckles when Sarah said "Trump is the only one who "talks rationally" about foreign policy and national security."
Footage of Palin’s appearance showed audience members looking at her with bemused expressions. The Washington Post noted that the former vice-presidential cancidate had received no applause eight minutes into her speech, though there were “some eye rolls and phone checking.”
The crowd did give Palin some polite applause toward the end of her remarks, during which she thanked the audience “for your graciousness in allowing me to crash your fish fry.”
NBC News reported that following the speech, Palin said, “At least they didn’t boo.”
For your viewing "pleasure".....

IMO Sarah seemed a bit low energy. Not good for a "trumpeter".
She did post pictures of herself trying to catch a few zzzs in Todd's hospital room.

So phony. I thought I saw a few young men in the audience fact-checking her on their Iphones? Lol.
People in Wisconsin aren't stupid. They know a trickster when they see one.

Jeesh.. I made it to the 12 minute mark & I could not take anymore. What a snoozefest.
The audience was much more entertaining though. Watching them squirm and fidget. LOL
I agree, people in Wisconsin are not stupid. But they are pretty polite. LOL

I wouldn't even waste my time, listening to anything she says..
As I said in the GM thread.."Light travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until they speak."

Palin and her usual “word salad” (as Joe and company referred to it) didn’t get their usual cheering crowd. Instead, it was just the half-term governor, a microphone — and crushing silence.
“Can I ask you,” Joe Scarborough asked of John Heilemann, who had actually been there for the event, “halfway through her speech did you ask if you had stumbled into some bad acid?”
Heilemann responded: “Well the question was, ‘Who has taken the bad acid?'
”“Oh, so you thought that maybe it appeared that—” Joe began.“She was not fully — if the opposite of ‘dissociative’ is ‘associative,’ she was not fully associative,”
Heilemann responded. “Let’s say that it was not a fully coherent speech, let’s put it that way.
