They will be starting jury selections tomorrow! Don't know how long it will take. It's going to be a very interesting trial.

Yes you can go to wild about trial on the internet! They will be covering it all. I am going to give up dates at the end of the day.

Imo they should just put him in a hot car, on a very bright sunny day and leave him there for a few hours...that's all...no trial.
I can only imagine how that baby suffered....so sad
Thanks Reality...please keep us updated..I can't bear to look at his face

Unfortunately I am use to seeing them. I just look at them and try to figure out why and most of them do not have any remorse. It's so sad. I can't even think about what that poor boy went through.

The jury selection has been delayed until tomorrow. The potential jurors are trying to get out of it and the lawyers were going to have a hearing on it this afternoon.

Hmmm...I'm pretty sure I would try to get out of it too. Wonder what their reasons are? They didn't say did they? LOL

I would never want to be on that jury either. Just to have to look at his sorry ass everyday would be horrifying. They may just want him before a judge, instead of a jury??
Thanks Reality...keep us updated...please.

I don't know what they were saying. I was hoping they would have live streamed the hearing about it but they didnt.

I just found out the jurors excuses were a conflict of traveling for personal or professional reasons.

LOL yeah right. That sounds like an acceptable reason-looks and sounds good

A few hours? Not enough . The baby was in the car all day and this POS has (had) some weight on him, so it would take longer.
All that said. I am against the death penalty. Legally...

I just googled and I'll share

Thanks NESUNRISE! I knew there was a lot of charges but didn't know for what. The sexual charges are for sexting a minor and he was doing it when his child was dying in the car. The defense wanted those charges dropped but the judge said no

OMG!! Reality...that is just awful...how could any attorney defend this monster?????
I know that he is entitled to a defense ........but I say...just pull a hot car up to the court....handcuff him, inside of it...and drive it to a nice sunny spot..and leave it there for 7 hours...

Today the jurors just filled out the questionnaire Tomorrow the lawyers will be questioning them on what they wrote on them.

That will probably result in some getting out of being on the jury....because I'm sure that some don't want to be on it anyway.....I know I wouldn't

The lawyers have so many strikes they can use to not have a juror be on the jury with out having a reason and from then on they have to have a reason for not wanting them on. Also the jurors have to have a legitimate reason for not serving. It's up to the judge to accept the jurors or lawyers reason.

Thanks Reality ! I have to try and find time to watch that. Do they film everything that is going on in the courtroom while court is in session?
