One of Ted Cruz's most memorable acts as solicitor general was defending Texas’ prohibition of sex-toy sales.
Cruz waged a legal campaign against dildos, artificial vaginas, and vibrators in 2007, arguing that U.S. residents have no right “to stimulate one’s genitals for non-medical purposes unrelated to procreation or outside of an interpersonal relationship.”
Cruz: To uphold the state’s interest in “protecting public morals,” the government must do what it can to discourage “autonomous sex and the pursuit of sexual gratification unrelated to procreation".
Ted Cruz’s roommate in college, however, has a very different story to tell.
Ted Cruz thinks people don’t have a right to “stimulate their genitals.” I was his college roommate. This would be a new belief of his.— Craig Mazin (@clmazin) April 13, 2016

Why do I even bother putting a box of tissues on Teddy's night stand?
