Jurassic Park.
Why do I seem to be the only person who thinks this movie stunk? There was not plot to speak of. Every action was a result of pure incompetence by the staff. They did not build up the love story. They simply threw it in without thought. Maybe if they fed the creatures a bit more they would not have been so hungry lol. My gosh it was just so unbelievable, even though it is fictitious. Just horribly written!
I will not kneel before Zod.

Vantro I agree... JP was pretty bad and disappointing.
I was also disappointed in Carol. I thought it was boring and tedious. The scenes were too long and drawn out as was the whole movie.
Spotlight was excellent.
Room was good but the subject matter was tough. I was on EDGE the whole movie.

I saw the movie the other day...it wasn't as good as the 1st one....but the dinosaurs were amazing..

Carol was sooooooo boring. Ugh, 2 precious hours wasted.
I have not watched Spotlight or Room yet. I am particularly interested in Spotlight, even though I am not a big fan of Mark Ruffulo.

Yes the Dino's were amazing! I also hated watching them all die. The movie was nothing but death. I knew that would be a big part of the movie. I just didn't think that would be the only thing about it.

Yeah, I usually can't watch the movies with animals getting hurt but in this case it was obvious enough that they weren't real.
No way was I going to see The Revenant.
Trying to see The Danish Girl this week. (only a year behind)
Oh...Brooklyn was also very good!

I was disappointed too in Jurassic Park. The ending didn't even make sense...or maybe I just didn't get it. Although I loved the dinosaur petting zoo--what I wouldn't give to be able to go there! LOL
Spotlight was fantastic. Didn't really know that much about it before I saw it and hadn't really heard much about it so that always helps. I hate seeing half the movie in the commercials and trailers.
And Room was very well done. It was a little different from the book but very true to the story. The screenplay was written by the author of the book. And the little boy was incredible!

I hate it when they show the best parts of the movie in the trailers or when they have a clip in the trailer that isn't in the movie!

I finally watched it --I LOVED LOVED all the dinosaurs 
I hated all the people. I hoped they would get eaten or learn to act better. I am still shaking my head at what hideous acting was done in that movie when so much money was spent producing it. Oh, oh and the dialogue was the worst cheese LOL
But so cute Dinosaurs-I am now viewing my birds outside like they are Pterodactyls. Waiting for one to pick up a baby chipmunk and fly away with it .
